Radioligand therapy (RLT) exploration is bringing more to the horizon

The number of patients eligible for treatment with RLT is expected to grow exponentially in the coming years

Over 450 clinical and preclinical programs are in development across the industry, indicating the potential of RLT across tumor types1

RLT is being investigated in 421 clinical and preclinical programs across solid tumor types, including2:
 

  • Breast: 26 trials
  • Gastrointestinal: 44 trials
  • Gynecologic: 157 trials
  • Genitourinary: 112 trials
  • Lung: 23 trials
  • GEP-NET: 27 trials
  • Neurologic: 17 trials
  • Solid Tumor (broad): 157 trials
Hematological malignancies: 17 programs. Other malignancies: 26 programs.

RLT is also being investigated in hematologic and other malignancies, where a total of 43 clinical and preclinical programs are underway2
